While construction is well underway, our team embarks on the FF&A — furniture, fixtures and accessories — the process to expand on the design with hand-selected, curated and often custom pieces aligned with your design. This includes putting together a furniture budget, laying out each room and sourcing materials and finishes.
We source from some of our trade-favorites, local showrooms and custom vendors to create a medley of furnishings customized for your space. This also includes selections of decorative lighting, window treatments, art, linens and accessories.
Our team infuses our experience and expertise to pull every piece together in a balanced, harmonious way that’s super-tailored to your unique project — and then we’ll show you a comprehensive overview for approval in an interactive presentation that includes fabrics, leathers and finishes to both feel and see.
