Once your interior drawings have been issued, we continue coordinating with construction to keep every step of your project on track, schedule and budget — and to ensure that your thoughtful design is being executed according to our drawing set and standards.

During construction administration, we pay special attention to sourcing and fulfillment. If a tile is discontinued or a light fixture’s lead time is extended, we’ll re-source selections and meet the pace of construction.

During this phase, we coordinate and continue reviewing shop drawings of fireplaces, metal work, cabinetry and millwork — answer any questions and address any problems that may arise.
